🏢 Shared Amenities Use Guests may access shared amenities (pool, gym, BBQ, laundry) as long as all posted complex rules are followed. These facilities are maintained by the property, not the host. Any misuse or violation fines (minimum $1,000) will be passed on to the guest. 🚭 No Smoking, Vaping, or Substance Use Smoking, vaping, or drug use (including marijuana) is strictly prohibited inside the unit, on the balcony, or in any shared/common areas. A $500 fine will be charged if any odor, evidence, or residue is detected. 🎉 No Parties or Loud Gatherings Parties, events, or disruptive behavior are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Violations or neighbor complaints will result in a $1,000 fine and potential removal from the property. 🔑 Key & Access Items Amenity keys/cards must be returned to the designated spot (TV stand) at checkout. Lost or unreturned items will be billed at $51 per item. 📦 Mail & Packages Mail and package delivery to the unit is not permitted. Guests may use Amazon Lockers or local UPS/FedEx pickup locations. We are not responsible for lost or undeliverable items. 🚫 Do Not Contact Leasing Office The leasing office is not involved in short-term rentals and cannot assist. Please contact us directly with any questions. 🚶‍♀️Entry Please note that the unit is located on an upper floor and requires climbing approximately 10 steps to access. There is no elevator, so this may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations or heavy luggage. 🎧 Potential noise: The unit is located in an established residential community where you may occasionally hear traffic, neighbors, or general outdoor activity. While we aim to provide a peaceful stay, some ambient noise is normal and may vary depending on the time of day. 🐶 Pets: Pets are allowed at this unit. There will be other pets in the complex. Keep pets off of all furniture and bedding. Excessive cleaning due to pet hair will result in a $200 fine.

Guests will have full private access to the entire apartment during their stay, including the bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and living area. The unit is equipped with a Schlage Encode smart lock for keyless self-check-in — your personal access code will be provided before arrival. You’ll also have access to several shared community amenities, including: • Swimming pool • Fitness center • BBQ/picnic area • On-site laundry rooms (requires prepaid card and app) Please note that while you are welcome to use these shared amenities, they are managed by the apartment complex, not the host. Availability and hours may vary depending on building policies. Free uncovered parking is available throughout the complex. Covered or reserved spaces should not be used, as they are assigned to long-term residents and may result in towing.
