Sleeping & Living Area: The 1-bedroom apartment includes a queen-size memory foam bed and a sofa that folds out into a full-size bed, providing sleeping space for up to 3 guests. The living area also includes a Smart TV and dining table. Work & WiFi: Fast WiFi and a dedicated workspace provide a practical setup for remote work, online classes, or staying connected during an extended visit. The Smart TV is available for entertainment when you're off the clock. Full Kitchen: The full kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, cookware, dishes, silverware, and basic cooking essentials. A dining table provides a convenient place for meals. Bathroom: The full bathroom includes a bathtub, hot water, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and other starter toiletries. Towels and basic bathroom essentials are provided. Laundry & Essentials: Paid washer and dryer facilities are available on site, making laundry convenient for longer stays. The unit also includes an iron, hangers, drying rack, extra pillows and blankets, towels, linens, and clothing storage. Outdoor & Community Amenities: Guests have shared access to the outdoor pool, fitness center, BBQ grill, outdoor dining area, shared outdoor kitchen, and outdoor playground. The pool is not heated, and there is no hot tub. Parking & Access: Free parking is available on the premises for easy parking during your stay. A private entrance and self check-in with a smart lock make arrival and access straightforward. Location & Stay Details: The apartment is near Banner Desert Medical Center, Cardon Children's Hospital, Mesa Community College, Downtown Mesa, Tempe, and Arizona State University. Sloan Park and Hohokam Stadium are also nearby. Pets are allowed, and stays of 28 days or more are welcome. PLEASE NOTE: This is a 2nd-floor apartment in an older building that has renovated units. Not luxury apartments. Perfect for someone looking for a no-frills, comfortable stay that meets all their needs.

- This is a well-maintained unit in an older building (built in the 1980s), so while it's clean and fully functional, it may show some signs of age. - Guests are responsible for taking out their own trash to the on-site dumpsters during your stay. 🏢 Shared Amenities Use Guests may access shared amenities (pool, gym, BBQ, laundry) as long as all posted complex rules are followed. These facilities are maintained by the property, not the host. Any misuse or violation fines (minimum $1,000) will be passed on to the guest. 🚭 No Smoking, Vaping, or Substance Use Smoking, vaping, or drug use (including marijuana) is strictly prohibited inside the unit, on the balcony, or in any shared/common areas. A $1000 fine will be charged if any odor, evidence, or residue is detected. 🔑 Key & Access Items Amenity keys/cards must be returned to the designated spot (TV stand) at checkout. Lost or unreturned items will be billed at $51 per item. 🐶 Pets The complex requires all visitors, regardless if bringing a pet or not, to fill out a form that asks for pet documentation. If you are not bringing a pet, you must state that in this form. You will be sent this one week prior to your arrival. If there is an unauthorized/undocumented pet, you will be charged $500. 🧹 Checkout Rules There are a few rules upon checkout. I wanted to let you know of these in advance. PLEASE WASH YOUR DISHES after use. If dishes are not washed, extra cleaning charges will apply. TAKE OUT ALL TRASH. The cleaners charge me $30 for each bag of trash left behind. 📦 Mail & Packages Mail and package delivery to the unit is not permitted. Guests may use Amazon Lockers or local UPS/FedEx pickup locations. We are not responsible for lost or undeliverable items. 🚫 Do Not Contact Leasing Office The leasing office is not involved in short-term rentals and cannot assist. Please contact us directly with any questions. 🚶‍♀Entry Please note that the unit is located on an upper floor and requires climbing approximately 10 steps to access. There is no elevator, so this may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations or heavy luggage.

The unit is equipped with a Schlage Encode smart lock for keyless self-check-in — your personal access code will be provided before arrival. You’ll also have access to several shared community amenities, including: • Swimming pool • Fitness center • BBQ/picnic area • On-site laundry rooms (requires prepaid card and app) Please note that while you are welcome to use these shared amenities, they are managed by the apartment complex, not the host. Availability and hours may vary depending on building policies. Free uncovered parking is available throughout the complex. Covered or reserved spaces should not be used, as they are assigned to long-term residents and may result in towing.
