Bedrooms & Sleeping: The apartment has two bedrooms with a king bed in one room and a queen bed in the other. The living room includes a sofa bed, allowing the space to sleep up to 5 guests. Fresh bed linens, towels, extra pillows, and blankets are provided. Living Area & Workspace: The living area includes a Smart TV for everyday entertainment, while fast WiFi and Ethernet connection help with work and streaming. Each bedroom has a dedicated workspace, making the apartment suitable for remote work, business travel, school visits, and longer stays. Golf, dining, and local attractions are also within a convenient drive. Guest Access: You will have access to the entire apartment, shared community pool, BBQ area, and on-site parking. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome, and cleaning during the stay is available when needed. Additional Information: This is a second-floor apartment, so guests must be comfortable using stairs. The pool is shared with the community and is not heated. Exterior security cameras and a Ring camera are located outside the property. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit are also provided. This unit is not pet friendly.
